It is our shipping policy to send your order as soon as possible.

The Prices and duration of the delivery are indicated below. In case your country is not mentioned in the list below, the pricing and the time taken will be that prevailing in the nearest country / region listed below in majority of the cases.

Free Shipping for all orders above AED 150 (within UAE territory only)

Cash on Delivery (CoD) (within UAE territory only)
We accept CoD orders but only if these order have a value of AED 100 or more.

Delivery within the U.A.E
AED 12 for all deliveries below 5 kg.
AED 2 for each additional kg.
Delivery time within 2 - 3 business days.

Delivery within Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan,
AED 45 for 500 gms.
AED 15 for each additional 500 gms.
Delivery time within 2 - 3 business days.

 

Delivery within Lebanon, Syria, Cyprus, Turkey
AED 55 for 500 gms.
AED 15 for each additional 500 gms.
Delivery time within 4 - 5 business days.

Tracking your Shipment
We provide the shipping only through Aramex, which provide tracking feature online. Please visit www.aramex.com and enter your Airway Bill No. in the dialog box and click the track button.

Payment
After an order is placed the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately, with an overview of the order and the total price, including the shipping costs.
Every order is delivered only after payment. You can pay:

By Paypal/Credit Card. If you have a Paypal account, simply log in and finish the payment. If you want to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), but you don't have a Paypal account, please choose the Paypal option. You are free to choose to create a Paypal account, or just pay by credit card as a guest. Paypal is safe, fast, and easy.

You will receive the payment details in the order confirmation email. The payment should be completed within 14 days after ordering, after which the order is shipped. During these days Network-Shop will reserve the products for you. If the payment is not received after this period, Network-Shop can allow the products to be sold again.


Late arrival of your order
If your order fails to arrive within the expected time, please contact us using the contact information in our contact us page and we will establish whether the goods have been dispatched or inform you as to why your delivery has been delayed. The goods may be temporarily out of stock or there may be a problem with the courier company.

Shipment related Note
Orders shipped outside United Arab Emirates may be charged duties and/or taxes by your local postal service and/or government. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what specific charges are applicable for each country
